What is FP1?
FP1 is a light, silky-thin drink combining whey protein isolate and soluble fibre. Each 30g serving provides 20g protein, 7g fibre and 110 calories.
How much is one bag?

How do I prepare it?

Does FP1 contain lactose or milk?
FP1 starts with whey isolate, which is naturally very low in lactose. We add a small amount of lactase — the enzyme that breaks down lactose — to deal with the trace amount left. The result is virtually zero lactose per serving. FP1 still contains milk protein, so it is not suitable for anyone with a milk allergy.
